Sacha is a Board Member of The Youth Impact Foundation Aotearoa. She brings a wealth of experience in education, leadership development, and facilitating growth for young people. Sacha has worked as a Lead Facilitator at Growth Culture Ltd, supporting student leadership summits and professional development across New Zealand. She is currently an Academic Advisor in Digital Learning at Unitec, and has a background as a qualified teacher. Sacha is passionate about empowering youth and building strong, connected communities.

Chief Operations Officer

Christian Gallen - Ngāti Kahungunu - is the Chief Operations Officer at The Youth Impact Foundation Aotearoa. He joined Attitude in 2009 and has journeyed through the many eras of Attitude as a presenter, trainer, team lead and director.He has overseen teams of New Zealand's best youth communicators, developed high impact youth programmes and now lends his experience to The Youth Impact Foundation.

Andy is the CEO of The Youth Impact Foundation. When Andy was 21, he founded the Not-for-Profit organisation Burn Bright, a social enterprise with the mission of increasing the wellbeing of young people through leadership and character-building programmes and national camps based on an evidence-based theory of change centred on wellbeing science and positive psychology.
