Valentine is the Kaiwhakahaere / CEO of The Youth Impact Foundation Aotearoa He first started working for Attitude Programmes for Schools in 2012, where he took pride on appealing to a wide range of audiences. He was the manager of the North Island office based in Auckland for a number of years, before cutting his teeth on community development projects and sponsorship bids. After a few years based overseas, he returned as CEO of Attitude, and alongside the Australian executive, oversaw the formation of the The Youth Impact Foundation here in New Zealand. He also holds a number of board roles for other not-for-profits.

Christian Gallen - Ngāti Kahungunu - is the Director of Programmes at The Youth Impact Foundation AotearoaHe joined Attitude in 2009 and has journeyed through the many eras of Attitude as a presenter, trainer, team lead and director.He has overseen teams of New Zealand's best youth communicators, developed high impact youth programmes and now lends his experience to The Youth Impact Foundation.
